This site asks very little of you, and this notice explains what happens to the little it asks. What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Two sources, nothing hidden:
To respond to your enquiry. To send you the essays you asked for. To administer an engagement once one exists. That is the complete list — not advertising profiles, not lookalike audiences, not anything you didn't hand us yourself.
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a form-relay service, and delivered to our mailbox. If you choose to email yourself a self-assessment reading or an essay, that one message is delivered by Resend, an email service, and a copy reaches our mailbox — your address is used to send what you asked for and to reply if you write back, nothing more. Two pages carry one more third party: the EDG guide and the enquiry page load Google's advertising conversion tag, which tells us — in aggregate, not by name — whether our Google ads lead to enquiries. It runs only on those two pages. Everywhere else, everything — pages, images, typefaces — is served from our own domain with no third party involved. Your data is not sold, not rented, and not added to any marketing list you didn't join.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain relevant to a live conversation or engagement — and deleted on request, no justification needed.
The PDPA gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, and to withdraw consent to its use. Write to daniel@nitroadvisory.com — that address reaches our data protection officer, and requests are handled by a person, not a queue.
This site sets no tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, it will be cookieless.
